Our Odoo and Python experts team is looking for a Tech Lead Python / Odoo to cope with the growth of its activities.

Must have:
- Excellent command of Python (language and related frameworks);
- Experience in development with Odoo;
- Good command of web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, etc.);
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL (performance, architecture, tuning);
- Strong experience with GitLab or similar tools (CI/CD,…);
- Complying with the acknowledged rules of the art (from design to production);
- A relevant degree (computer science, engineering, mathematics, etc);
- Proven experience in technical leadership and project management roles;
- Min 5 years experience in development.
Nice to have:
- Contributions to the open-source communities;
- Experience with one or more of the following tools: Kubernetes, Docker, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Sentry,…;
- Experience with container orchestration;
- Experience coaching developers and promoting a culture of continuous improvement;
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tooling.

You will be based in our Kehlen (Luxembourg) office, or optionally in one of our Belgian offices (Liège or Waterloo), with part-time remote work possibilities.
